Yearly bonus at Oracle

when will bonuses be paid at Oracle? June or July? Contemplating a job change (waiting for written offer) and don't want to lose bonus. I am part of SaaS cloud btw.

    What bonuses? In my 8 years at Oracle this was one word I never heard.

      go ogle if pay per hour roughly the same, did RSU make up for the high TC bump at Google

      By pay per hour I meant I could only work 5-6 hours per day at Oracle, often from home. Not really an option at Google.
      The bump in TC is mostly RSU.

      cloudDev is probably in OCI or something. 3 promotions in 7 years sound manageable, but raises and bonuses every other year or so is definitely not the norm.
