What’s the usual yearly salary increase for L4 engineering manager at wayfair. Also does wayfair give stock refreshers?

Just an insight: They did fly me and a couple friends for interviews. I guess it depends, YMMV.

Lol. I’ve been here for almost two years and have only gotten a 2% raise and I consistently get exceeding expectations. Needless to say, looking to get out ASAP.
About 3% on average. No refreshers.
Why would anyone want to work there then?
