Getting ready to give a online coding test for a role in yelp. Curious on what to expect, difficult level etc? Appreciate any input
Is this in lieu of a phone screen?
The phone screen follows this online code test.
Do one but not two
Easy level on leetcode. Don’t sweat it.
It’s very easy. Like ... really.
Dang yelp is still alive? I remember talking to one of the co founders at my school years ago when it was still a pre-IPO company
It’s a business. You should know the world is not just about FAANG-sized companies. They are operating at 25+% revenue growth every year and people here are great coworkers to work with. I also don’t see how your comment is helping OP. Disclaimer - I’m not at Yelp anymore.
Lol chill. I went to school with stoppleman and there was talk of an acquisition back then itself.
Super easy but I hear we’re trying to upgrade the questions.
Definitely agree. We get too many unqualified people come to the phone interview round, which is quite a waste of time for interviewers.
Super easy like not even leetcode easy. You'll be fine. Best of luck!
It will be a 15 minute test.. something like string compression
Should be pretty easy
Yeah, used to be super easy one year back.. don't expect it to have changed much..
