I am a new grad. I have signed an offer letter from another employer last month. But I interviewed at Yelp last week. Now recruiter is asking about the time I’ve received an offer and when did I sign it. Will it make any difference on final judgment? If not then why the recruiter is asking this details?

I don't think you have any obligation to go to an employer if you've signed a offer letter, you just wouldn't be able to rebute any terms with the employer after accepting. Yelp might be interested because they could maybe feel like they are giving you a better deal than the other place and they could potentially try and low ball you based on the other offer. Pulling this out of my ass, but it's a possibility.
Makes sense Thank you
