YouTube org team culture?

How is it working for YouTube in MTV? Interesting work? Work-life? I see that people mention good work culture compared to other orgs at Google, could anyone elaborate on what this means? I'm a new grad and will be joining YouTube next year

I meant Mountain View YouTube has their own office in San Bruno and a smaller one in Mountain View
