Previously I worked for Oracle as a remote engineer. I really enjoyed it and want to move on to a company like Zapier with better benefits, better salary and better work culture. Does anyone have any insight into what kind of people Zapier is looking for? I know they do python not concerned about that I can pick that up no problem. What kind of candidate is the type that stands out to them if anybody knows I'd appreciate it they're one of the places I'd really like to work but I'd rather not approach with zero information. I always like to be prepared.
I'd like to know too
Bumping this thread. Can anyone shed some light on Zapier’s ideal culture fit?

Zapier is really serious about their core values on their jobs page. Demonstrating that you're empathetic and open to feedback go a really long way and there are now even more interviews to ensure they get it right.

Probably should be hiring not highering. Ideally a candidate who spell check.
Fixed... and yup! I think perhaps you are right!
...a candidate who [can] spell check? Perhaps grammar not needed?
