The recruiter just gave me an estimate: 130k base, 115k stock, 35k sign on What do you guys think? I have 2 years of related experience (data science) and 1.5 years of unrelated experience (aerospace engineering).

What was the interview like?
I thought was pretty average. Not too difficult but not easy.
