I don’t understand how people here can think that they know better than Zuck. He’s got an entire fleet of top advisors in every area who advice him. Every decision he makes is a calculated one based on a ton of parameters.
Why apologize? It does nothing. Actions speak louder than words.
He’s the billionaire and his stock hasn’t gone down. Those actions speak loudly.
Thinking the PR is more towards the shareholders... As long as shareholders are ok then nothing he does would be wrong. Tho I do want him to act more on the issue
Not only does FB sell your information to 3rd parties, it also use other companies patents without paying royalties. At BlackBerry our top priority is safeguarding customer data. We will never get into the kind of fiasco that FB got itself into. Nor will we use deceit as a business tactic. We tried to come to an agreement with FB for years over their use of our patents and twice when they gave us the indication that they would sign they were no-shows. It became obvious that they were just leading us on so we sued them. #WinningBySuingShysters #NotIdealButWillDoForNow #BlackBerryWontSellYourData
Not like you got any data to sell anyway. Who uses blackberry these days? 😂
Certainly not you. By the way, how is the HQ2 beauty pageant coming along?

I don't think apologizing is a good PR strategy. That gets characterized as error, weakness, failure. It's also why most successful politicians don't apologize. It's going to worsen perceptions of the mess to cleanup, even if the apology is honest (which it isn't)
