Underpaid in OC. Do you have a network to consult full time?
I have a lot of agency relationships. I could be consulting full-time today if I turn my current job into a client
Based on YoE and agency relationships, it sounds like you could make the same amount of money doing half the work you’re doing now. It’s a calculated risk, and provided you don’t burn bridges at your current place, you already know what you want to do.
Remember full time work covers paid leave for holidays and medical and other leave. You need to take that into consideration with your calculations too.
