betterment or wealthfront or any other

I’m in early stages of my investing career. Tried trading individual stocks but couldn’t make much. thinking of investing in etf’s. would a robo invester be a good option? or should I invest in etf’s on my own?

You need a financial advisor. Not strangers on blind

Nobody needs a financial advisor. Buy and hold a lazy 3-fund index portfolio at Fidelity or Vanguard and you're set.

Could u give an example of some index funds you are referring to

I started with wealthfront and as my portfolio grew, I used the allocation created by wealthfront as an input into my own portfolio on Vanguard

So are u still using wealthfront? Or you just used for the inital time to get the allocation made by them?

The latter

Wealthfront. If you need a referral link I can give you one

Fidelity or Vanguard. Don't bother with the little guys. They're no cheaper than the discount brokers to start, and they charge significant fees once you have a decent sized portfolio.

I’m really happy with betterment for what it is. I basically just wanted a sep ira account I mostly managed with low fees. It makes pretty boring picks (vtsax for stock allocation or bond etfs), and I can move my allocations at any time. I believe wealthfront offers pretty much the exact same thing though.
