Unable to control mastrubation. I regret it daily. I wish i was innocent. Not exposed to porn etc..

You gotta find other things that give you joy. Masturbation is an endless rabbit hole. This may help you https://www.quora.com/How-do-you-become-extremely-disciplined/answer/Ravi-Shankar-1641?ch=10&share=81a240ff&srid=5WSdd

I have signed up for no fap but relapse even harder. Mind control is essential..

Not giving a fuck about GPA/course materials/etc earlier on in my undergrad. Prevented me from getting the fundamentals down at an earlier point in my life Also didn’t cash out much in crypto. Got in June 2017, watched my portfolio do 15x to 600k+ and didn’t cash out much bf I was scared of what to do with all of it (what would my bank say, what would I do with taxes etc - there was even less known about these things than there is now) Now I’m still positive but much better educated. Would have been a life changer getting out of college with that kinda money though.

Should have focused on my career straight out of highschool instead of messing around in college for 4 years and still never got my degree. I could have had 4 more years of industry experience. I'm 33 now.

Focusing on career instead of investing in myself and developing relationships.

GE PK-RC10 OP Nov 27, 2019

Can you explain more... would definitely help me be better in this.. Thx!
