has anyone used/experienced carvana before? is it really going to change traditional car buying? heard they have major issues delivering vehicles due to driver shortage. TC: 120k
Tried to use it. Car was two weeks delayed and the customer service was so bad I went with a traditional dealership. I wanted them to be easy, turn-key and amazing but sadly they were very far from it.
So you cancelled the car even before it arrived? How long did it take for you to get your money back?
I did the exact same thing last year. Car continued to be delayed and after two weeks of feeling lied to from horrible customer service I canceled and went local. The money was just the deposit and you get it back right away. It’s the time spent calling them and following up I’ll never get back.
I used it too it was so easy.. they dropped the car at my doorstep and took care of registration (had to pay a lil extra for that) they even gave us a cheque for $1000 since we paid the full amount upfront.. I also know a friend who sold her car to them.. they gave her the cheque while picking up the car
How many days did it take to be delivered? Are you inside their market regions? May I know the registration fee? Thanks
@ CSpc08: do you know how much time they take to transfer the existing car loan, if any, from your friend's name to their name?
Horrible stay away
I used it and I was really happy with it over traditional dealerships, which after dealing with them for a couple months I was sick of. Ultimately bought the car from them at the average market price for what that model and trim was going for. Very happy with how everything went.
How long for delivery? Are you inside their market regions? How is the quality of the car? Have you gotten it inspected after the receiving?
