contractor compensation

One of the big mobile conmpany (office is in CA, headquarter is in China) is looking to hire me as a contractor. They did not give me number yet. Considering high risk (unstable job and US/China trade war) and no insurance and bonus, How much rate is good for accepting job offer? I have 12 years work experience with Ph.D. My current compensation is Base : 180k + RSU : 180k/4 years (series c - revenue is over $60M)
