would love some insights into the culture at snap. is occasional remote work allowed? are there any particularly unusual or odd company policies? or good ones? etc
came here from FB, it’s good. more design influence. generally chill, but depends on the team. council is a bit weird but is opt-in one thing is that every team will be substantially smaller than its “counterpart” at FB/google, so you will probably have more scope and interaction with senior managers & directors
Is there a remote work policy that you know of?

Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?

also FYI, beyond how kinda ridiculous the remote work demand is, we’ve been doing 25/25/25/25 monthly vesting with no cliff since Feb 2018. he probably just missed it
What remote work demand is ridiculous?
