i got my h1b transfer filed and approval notice due in 10 days, do i need to serve notice period? or can i just say i am moving to rival firm and quit, i don‘t need anything from my current employer . i dont need any letters from them . only query is i can port my priority date right? new employers has asked laywers to start working on new i140
Ok I am Not sure I can tolerate those idiots for 15 more days
It's worth giving a professional 2 weeks notice unless you are being actively harassed or something. Last 2 weeks will likely be very easy anyways. It's a cheap (hell, you even get paid) way to maintain a professional relationship with your coworkers.
Idiots? Hmm, you had reported to idiots, means you are ...
Try working with them you know how painful it is, no one has any idea from top to. Bottom worst company I have worked for. I just had to make lot of effort to make my mind normal. Worst company hopefully you never have to go there and work
long story short I made bad choices in last you learn and evolve
Your call. The industry is closely knit. You never know when you might need them in your future.
Honestly I would rather be unemployed than work under those low iq biased pigs
Why did you wait for new job and h1 transfer before quitting and didn’t choose to become unemployed? You tolerated them what’s big deal in serving notice period.
Let em burn 🔥

I’m Sooo Happy about Biden signing TikTok ban bill today!!
You would need letters of recommendation from the current managers to apply for i140 so better not burn bridges.
