does h1-b transfer affects H4 dependent visa ?
I have changed my job and got new H1-B transfer approval. does this affects my wife’s H4 dependent visa (no EAD) ? she doesn’t have EAD yet.

Timbuktu Nov 8, 2019You are right, normally she would not need it if dates in existing visa are valid. However in some cases it makes sense, for example if you are getting 3 year extension based on approved I140. Also to get validity for some extra time and to be the same as your new times

Depends, H-4 is not employer dependent and it's valid as long as you are in valid status. if H-4 isn't expired it's not mandatory to transfer it as well. Check with your attorney
Yes, your new employer needs to file for her h4.
Why employer ? It’s dependent visa. I am not speaking of h4EAD
