Expecting an offer from eBay. I will be giving up free lunch. But how's the free breakfast ? What are the hours ? Speaking of lunch. What's the cost like ? What's the work - life balance like ? How many PTOs ? Sick leaves ? Vacations? Personal days ?
Free Breakfast is just about ok, nothing great. No custom made omlettes or breakfast burritos, and no scrambled egg whites by themselves đ. Breakfast hours 7:30am to 10am. Average cost of lunch between $7 and $12. WLB depends on your team. PTOs also depend on which level you join but as your tenure goes up your PTOs go up. Again, the flexibility depends on your team.
