including meetings, overtime oncall and weekends, reading work-related emails, remote and WFH;
but excluding commutes, meal/restroom breaks, and socializing - unless productively multitasking)

    Uber it varies. When I’ve been actively working on a project, 40-60 is common. Between projects, 35 is usual.

      What do you mean 'between projects'?

      When a feature is rolled out but waiting on data science for analysis, or waiting on product/design for next phase to start. You have other stuff to work on but way less strict deadlines.

    How to interpret results: compare proportion of yes / (total votes) = yes / (yes + no) for each company.

    Airbnb: 7/13 = 54%
    Lyft: 11/18 = 61%
    Uber: 14/26 = 54%
