For an MBA you should definitely be looking at non-entry level positions. Honestly I think you need some industry experience and then get an MBA to get your foot into the door for better jobs. For a BA/FA, a 4 year degree and straight out of college would be the requirement I guess?

I had the same struggle. Honestly I kept trying and got a shit job first for 'US Experience' and hopped to the next job. Had more convos once I was in a US company. I had experience with multiple HUGE multinational companies but even that didn't matter
