I just got an offer for facebook L6 PM.The recruiter keeps asking me for salary expectations before giving me my number and has been dragging it for a few days now. Is this your experience? How do I play this?
Also indicated TC of 400-450 which seems low for L6 relative to other offers ive seen on levels.fyi.

A bunch of new college hire designers that run the show (literally... I’ve seen NCG designers boss directors of engineering around because design is king there).
