Received an offer last week for Data Engineering in London. The recruiter should have given you an idea of what to expect and some study material. Other than that, here's some tips: - Study all of the areas that the recruiter told you to, even the stuff that you think is second nature by now (i.e. data modelling, basic SQL). You want to have everything fresh in your mind for the day. - Make sure that you show interest with EVERYONE that you meet. Let your enthusiasm shine through. The last 5 minutes of each interview will be reserved for questions - use it, ask the interviewers about their day-to-day and follow up on what they're saying. - Talk through each problem with your interviewer. Demonstrate your understanding and break it down into manageable chunks. And then make sure to clearly articulate the solution as you're writing it on the whiteboard. - Don't get spooked when the interviewer challenges you on your approach. They may just be looking to see how well you understand the language. Or they might be testing to see how you deal with criticism. Good luck!
