bench, squat rack, barbell and weights. That will allow you to do squats, bench press, rows, overhead press and deadlifts ... it's all about those compound exercises.

Large, firm foam roller. I roll out kinks in my back and legs every day. It helps keep my body fresh for the next day's workout.
