Recently had a technical video interview last Thursday. I heard if they don’t email you with positive feedback within 48hrs, it’s a rejection?
Not true, give it a few more days.
Don’t worry. It took 2-3 weeks to hear my result.

has anyone gotten positive feedback after a week?
Some interviewers are great at submitting feedback immediately, others are pretty slow on the gun. I'm guilty of submitting feedback after a week myself, especially when work is busier than usual. I'd probably ping the recruiter Friday morning if you haven't heard anything and they'll bug the interviewer to submit the overdue feedback.

Definitely not true for FB. Don’t know about Oculus.
