Not sure what you think the distinction is. If it's clear from the tool we all feel similarly, it goes to email debrief, otherwise we wait for a debrief meeting, usually Tues/Thurs.
Not to my knowledge. Those who interviewed are in debrief with director of some kind and the recruiter, once we interviewers decide on all candidates for that meeting, we leave and the remaining folks nail down levelling, but besdies that I don't think so
