Hi I had onsite this some time back and was called for an onsite again for testing my ML skills. I was told there would be a first approval meeting and he could share back the feedback after it only. What happens in general after onsite and what is first approval meeting. Confused why she added first tag. Can some one throw some light.

Just cleared it. There are two rounds of review - first called a debrief where all your interviewers plus a hiring manager sit together and talk about your performance and address any concern they have. They together make a hire/reject recommendation to the second round called candidate review, which is held by a group of directors or high level managers to make the final hire/reject decision
Doesnt recruiter know all the feedback given by interviewers. I mean it might be evident for her whether a person made it or not right. She dint share till now if its positive or not too.
Yes recruiter knows all ur feedback. She will directly reject u only if she is 100% sure u are not going to pass these reviews. Otherwise she will pass it to these reviews and let them decide
