You will very likely be held to the 12 month cool off if you got past the first round.
But I did not get past the first round(2 phone interviews). Does that mean I will not be held to the cool off?
Did you speak with a recruiter/HR? If so, try reaching out to them. I can’t be 100% certain, but if they gave the HR the feedback notes and decided not to proceed, I THINK that’s the cool-off trigger. Just getting a rejection from the application doesn’t trigger it.
