What do you mean by that? You get the visa based on the job.
A Comp sci degree is also required, a job offer is not enough. Specially now, in the trump administration. If you have a bachelors in unrelated, like life science, but get a job offer for Software engineer, visa becomes difficult. Also, eb2 requires masters in USA.
