Had anyone successfully matched a team in Zurich but was interviewed in US or Asia office? Is it more difficult?
I doubt it. APAC has a different hiring committee from EMEA. If it were possible, everyone would be doing it.
But HC bar is globally set right? I do know people matching with Dublin, Germany or Poland office.
Also heard bar at APAC might be even higher than US especially in China.
I did. I interviewed at Mountain View and now I’m looking for team at Zurich. The interview process is the same. But zurich right now doesn’t have headcount. So there is a hiring freeze. If some manager is reading this and is looking for a SWE, please DM :-)
But GG Zurich is still interviewing candidates

I failed interviewing at an Asian office(Taiwan). If you don't speak Chinese don't bother interviewing in Asia.
I already passed HC in an Asia office. But there is no headcount here.
Don't tell me it was in India
