hireRight team sucks the happines of new offer
guys - its been 2 weeks and the hirewrite team still in progress . its frustrating and really slow process. I cant even enjoy the feeling of the offer i got from Microsoft . I know my background is clear its just this anxiety of why on earth they are taking so much tiiimmee.
Contact them through customer service. Generally they wait for receiving response from previous employer etc which delays things.
Took only couple of days for me. Check if you have really submitted the application. They do not email when the it is done. So check in the portal.
I am in the same boat. Exactly. In the same boat. Everything is marked completed/confirmed. Nothing marked discrepancy. HireRight has finished, and now waiting additional days for the Microsoft "background team" to do whatever it is they want/need to do. Patience does not always come easy!
Can confirm, previous background checks were 3-5 days tops. Hireright + Microsoft is going on 10+ days with no updates
It’s probably not them, a lot courts have huge amount of backlogs
