since last few days i m applying actively for full time job as rf engineer role (lte,umts ) on h1b like in dish,qualcomm, apple and so many .even though having 7 yoe in telecom , i m not getting single call for phone screening or for an interview ..wht are these big companies nt even look into resume without referrel.. i m asking for liitle help if anybody can refer not in that terms i know her or him just as a genuine candidate .. i have tried from my linkdin network who are in my network since 2 years and they are saying apply online only even if they are working in dish ...
I’m having the same issues as you. Some larger companies flat out give bonuses to employees for bringing in referrals they end up hiring. I will gladly participate to throw my hat in the race versus being on LinkedIn or Indeed constantly with no luck, and or being ghosted after a intense interview and tour of campus.
