Not at all. Most of the top companies are still recruiting at same scale as they were last year. Good luck.

If less than 5 yoe, yes no headcount till next year for big companies except amazon, microsoft

Everyone from subway to google is hiring...

Some people here either haven't looked recently or in denial but hiring has definitely slowed somewhat, especially for lower levels.
