i don’t look forward to holidays!
because i live away from my family, i don’t look forward to any holidays. be it Thanksgiving, Labor Day, or Christmas and New Year. what can i do to make this year's holiday a memorable one? i don't want to stay inside all day scrolling over blind.

lol. I think I don't have friends to be honest. Most people I know are my classmates and coworker, no one else. I'll still be lonely while on vacation. I could've gone on a road trip, but I'll be the only one in the car. I couldn't find many organizations that connect people with similar interests.
Sounds like you're unhappy in your current location. Why not seek happiness and move to the same location as your loved ones?
True! But No country really beats America, not even my country of origin. The kind of freedom i enjoy here cannot be enjoyed back home.

Why don’t you visit home instead of being miserable here?
I'm on a visa. Immigration laws get changed unexpectedly. I don't want to face the same fate I faced in 2017 at the airport where those with valid F-1 visas were sent back home. My parents do not want me to come even though I explained immigration laws have changed.

Get a part time job at a restaurant you'll be busy for sure and you will meet people
