join an startup with 25% pay drop?

i am at Apple with 6 years of experience, only 1+ at apple. i am. ot a fan of apple’s culture. too much efforts in too many useless details. seems manager is so adapt to apple culture and assign huge amount of tasks that i truely feel borning and unnecessary. i got a job at a Lidar startup seems to be doing pretty good, with nice potentials. the position should be interesting and high visibility. current TC ~250k, benefit for both are quite similar for quit and join the startup: cons: 25% TC drop if the startup wont have bonus soon (they claim it will be implemented). much longer commute time, from 15 minutes==>70 minutes one way. instability of the job, anything could happen to the startup, who knows pro: potential growth is much faster. our org in Apple is saturated and wont have much opportunities. i see autonomous be the future with at least another 10-20 years development. Lidar could still be a critical sensor technology. more opportunities for my future career? maybe acquired or IPO within several years? then all would be worth it? depending on how mich the company worth. BTW, i am 30+ with family. thanks. any suggestions will be appreciated.
