been fielding lots of chemists from Gilead lately, whats making so many people leave?
Would be happy to refer to Amgen, if someone is negatively impacted at Gilead
They're changing all the senior management. We got a new CEO in March so I feel like things feel a bit up in the air lately.
Oof. Otherwise y’all seem to be on a hot streak. I’d refer to juul if anyone’s interested tho
Happy to refer to Thermofisher
Funny coming from a Genentech person. You guys *actually* laid off a bunch of chemists recently. But I guess those were just a bunch of lowly RAs, not real chemists... ahem Scientists, am I right? No layoffs announced on our side. Just people making smart career moves while the wind is blowing in the favorable direction. Because we all need to jump around every few years to advance in modern corporate America.
I work at JUUL now but the genenlayoffs were just in Pharma Tech Development, aka the most expendable department branch ever anyways
There is a company named gilead for real
As opposed to Abbott?
Do you watch the handmaid tale
