does anyone know good loan mortgage brokers in seattle market? definition of good; who can help get the cheapest rates.

Rates are low now...its the relationship and other benefits that count....like removing some of the fees from the closing cost etc. US Bank owns all their mortgages for example...they wont sell it away to someone else like these small banks do...so look deeper than rates..I think.trust and service mater more ..after all its +6figure purchas.
