Longest meeting day was flying a red-eye from SF to DC for an 8-hour meeting with a government client, then flying back to SF that night. But, I did legitimately manage to bill the client more than 24 hours for that one day.

Not quite what you're asking for, but my personal record for most meetings in a day is 15.

Boston to Paris red-eye, give talk at conference, fly back to Boston the same day.
Probably not the longest You're Going to Hear by a long shot but it felt like the longest. My role is technically to train new and existing customers. Sometimes they will send me to customers who are unhappy, thinking a training will fix things. Last summer I was sent two hours away (each way) on the train to spend six hours by myself with a dozen angry users. That day felt loooong.
