me and my husbad are in different states, Tennesse and New York/NJ. we are deciding to settle. which state to choose?
which would be the better state to sette? one of us will change the job. his profile is better so him finding a job is easy. he is working in nyc and stays in nj. i work as a QA in Tennessee. we want to settle and deciding the location.
Wherever you can save more in the end, have better social life and have more time to spend for each other.
Why not look for job in each others cities. Whoever gets a job first move. We were in the same situation, moved to CA.

Depends on the age and stage of your life, I wouldn't settle down in a city, but southern states are arguably more "ideal" for raising a family.
Tennessee is beautiful. Better jobs in NY area though
Almost spent our three years of marriage apart and now planning to settle in one place. Tennessee looks good for settling due to living life style but however finding a job is getting difficult.
