I am in discussions with Microsoft for a Dynamics sales specialist role. We have had a Cursory level discussion on total comp. They are looking at total comp of 280K plus yearly performanc stock bonus of up to 45k. I’m looking to be above 300K in TC plus the stock bonus. Am I out of line with my goals? Does MS have flexibility to get me to 300k +? what is realistic for RSUs at time of hire? Do the do sining bonuses for sales?
Yes they do signing and relocation. RSUs for sure but I don't know the expected amount.

Looks like you’re interviewing for L64. Offer seems pretty good. OTE is ~$305K and if you have a good year it’ll exceed that.
Any insight around the ATS position?
I think the “target level” is 63. Is there options for the recruiter or hiring manager to move it to a level 64 or 65? Who makes that decision? Thanks
