got a revised offer from Nvidia for autonomous driving team as SSWE 195k base + 600 RSUnits (over 4 years) + 20K Joining Bonus + 10K relocation asst Exp 7.5 YOE, Location: Bay Area [have couple of other offers from other companies ... ] appreciate any help from the Nvidia folks, does this seems a reasonable offer ? how about work/life balance @Nvidia..

Base looks good. There is room to negotiate on Sign-on for sure. RSUs can go higher if you push them and interview feedback was strong

Not a bad offer but given your YOE, the base feels low to me.
There is no work/life balance in NVIDIA. Only work, a lot of work, and no personal life. You are assumed to be able to do your work with the speed of light, though it is not achievable. You will overwork, burn out and then get punished for low performance.
