have 2 offers for austin yoe 10 expedia senior software engineer base 155k bonus 17.5% rsu 35k over 4 years sign on 20k over 2 years tc 1st 2 years 200k vmware mts3 (they couldnt open a senior position for the team) base 150k bonus 12% rsu 67.5k over 4 years sign on 15k tc 1st year 200k which company is better for career growth? i am still negotiating with vmware but expedia is final

Honestly 200k is not a lot for 10 yoe. I am making 220k first year then 170k for rest with 4 yoe in Austin. Keep interviewing is my advice
Isn't mts3 a junior level?
For 10 YOE itโs a bit low. 140k 2YOE.
Mts3 is a low ball. If you met the senior bar, they should hire you at that level. See if you can find another team that has a senior req open
