offer release time for walmart labs
hi recently cleared all rounds with walmart labs search team. got email from HR to share current payslip and single subject line as " congratulations " . After 10 days havent got offer letter in email only asked HR during 4 day about receiving offer letter , she told it is pending approval . Dont want to sound desperate , what is usuall offer releasing tume at walmart ?
I am surprised why the HR is even asking for it.
This is not legal. I have no idea why they asked for payslip and now if they are saying pending approval something must be fishy. I got my offer letter in a day after approval.

Mine is also pending from 8-9 days. I don't want to sound desperate to HR so I'm not writing any email. Is 2 weeks time true for almost every case ?

India works differently. They take proof of everything you say on the resume. It might just be some process - that the HR is working on.
When did you get the offer and how long did the process take?
Why did you share your payslip? You just lost a huge advantage in salary negotiation.
