Just know the basics really well and know how to take feedback and walk through your thinking process. There is nothing wrong with getting a solution in fast and iterating to make it better. it's better to know why things work in depth and talk through them than to memorise answers for common problems and just put them on the board. Also know why you want to work there and how you would fit in with the culture
Hey OP, can you please share your experience with the onsites?
