Hmm, if you have decent feedback, you should get moved to HC. Have you pinged your recruiter?
Ask your recruiter, they should clearly define next steps and timelines on HC and Offer review
Today he called me and informed that they can’t proceed further but I got a strong feedback, he mentioned that I would be good fit with organization and that if I’m interested he will look for another role or possibly connect me another recruiter. Is this common?
After onsite, the interviewers will give your interview feedback to your recruiter. If the recruiter feels that you have a chance of getting through, the feedbacks will be sent to a HC. The recruiter can choose which HC to give your packet to. So I'll suggest to set up a call with your recruiter to get to know the current status and the next steps.
