One of the dealers is offering cars with less than 50-100 miles on it as preowned. Why would they be doing that?
They have a bunch with so low miles
Once it's been registered it cannot be sold as new.
Was it part of the dealership (aka corporate) fleet? BMW dealers do this sometimes. But, yes, as long as it’s been owned, it’s no longer new.
