Offer me 130k base salary and 50k stock plus 15k signing bonus .. and 18k relocation

  I was believing that staff systems starts at 150k. You will get cash bonus every year . Though it varies , it has been good last year and this year projected to be good . Can come around 15 to 20 % of base.
