question about instagram recommendation

I previously followed a few accounts that teach workout tips etc. now my recommended content is flooded with bodybuilding folks. how do I get instagram to know about my disinterest in this category😂

Feeds should be categorizable. It's far too easy on major platforms to tilt your feed because of a temporary interest or exploration.
