lets say i get return offers from the 3 companies i am interning with next year, google/facebook/citadel. what should i be expecting as tc for new grad? it seems like citadel new grad offer is 150/100/150 base/yearly bonus/sign on. id prob wanna work at g/fb. how high would they go if i were able to negotiate? which new grad tc will be highest after negotiation?
OP only cares about money
I wouldn’t say only. The reason I’m doing multiple internships is to see what company I like the most. But tc is definitely important so I’m wondering what I can expect
As far as money, there is a 0% chance that Citadel doesn’t offer you the highest comp out of all three offers
Mind me asking, what prep did you do to land all 3?
I read CTCI. I looked at some LC but never really did any. 90+% of my questions were straight from CTCI or variants on them. For more context I got offers from Uber, lyft, cruise, Amazon, Bloomberg, a few Chicago prop firms. Only finance companies deviated from CTCI
Wow, can u tell us what ur resume is made of
Got rockstar intern rating at FB this year and google offer (interview, not return intern). Pm me
Were you able to negotiate Google up because of the FB offer and if so, by how much? Am interning at both companies next year but heard Google pays less w/o a competing offer so I'm curious.
I would say pick fb/amzn in the initial yrs. u will learn a lot
Amzn seriously ?
If you would like to work for Google or Facebook, you can use citadel offer to negotiate, They will do something, but certainly not match it, also assuming your intern rating at Google or Facebook is super.
How hard is to get a return offer at G? The conversion interviews are fking me in the head before I even do them
Citadel is a sweatshop and TC is not that high once you compensate for how much you work... and how much stress you’ll be under. You seem like a smart person I’d either go to (1) a rising startup and cash in on stocks or (2) go to a nicer fund/shop like DE Shaw, HRT, JS, or 2S.
Highest I’ve seen tech match was Google new grad match to 288 all-in FY, with offers from Citadel and HRT full-time.

Telsa shareholders ..,
Why are you interning at three companies next year?
Waterloo
Not Waterloo. can graduate 3 years but want to explore options with internships rather than graduate early
