Lmts, 180 base 225 tc with no rsu, hr told me it's alreay the high end. Is it true? And is it common to have no rsu? Location is seattle.
You should get RSUs with that. Otherwise the comp looks about right. I'm around there and have been LMTS for 2 years. I would try to negotiate higher though since competition in Seattle is so high right now.
Thanks for your advice, I'll ask them for some rsu
LMTS offers go to 280 or so and include RSUs.
My LMTS offer was at the high end for the level because when I negotiated more they bumped it up to PMTS saying LMTS did not go any higher. Base: 20xK RSU: 180K.
That's the number I heard, just was not sure if it's sf or seattle
Why no RSUs?
No idea so want to ask
Wow, very helpful info, thanks, are these ppl in seattle?
280k base for lmts? That would be hugely outside of the bands I’ve been told
These numbers are in high end . I don’t know any lmts going higher than 180k
Got exact same offer a few weeks ago expect with 180 rsu.
Call their BS on no RSUs or signing bonus.
