should move back India?
currently my one friend is working as a software developer consultant in one of the reputed company. his wife is on h4 visa and has done MBA from here. As there is uncertainity in H4 visa(it hasn’t renewed yet, she has to live sales job in rental company), she can’t work, and also uncertaininty in comtracts he is scared to buy house here and he wants to settled down. so he is in dilemna that whether he should move back to India- banglore or live here. he is looking for opinion. please advice.

Move back to India and make India great again.
With the current immigration policies and signs of a recession, it is not a good time to sink a lot of money into a house if you’re not a permanent resident.
I agree, but India having a similar make in India policy, Indians can't whine about the policies of this government.
You can also explore opportunity in Canada. If you want to settle down in the us it will be better if you have a permanent residency

A big NO for buying house. Pile on savings until they can work and then go back India. Settle is a vague term. Buying a house isn't settling. Planning a family? If yes, then have a child here and then go back :)
