Sw is one of the long poles in many of the projects so be prepared for the shit storm of backlog work. Wlb is not good. Benefits are being cut. Over all culture is depressing. Can't speak to the infrastructure of the python tooling teams but there's a mandatory no IT spend this year for the 2nd year in a row.
